Moon in Aquarius
Today it’s all about Jupiter.
I could finish this post right here, right now, but I guess if I did, you’d feel a little cheated.
I’ve posted lots about Jupiter in the past- check out the Jupiter tab on the far right hand sidebar.
Anyways, the thing is, not all Jupiters are created equal. Some of you may not find that he brings all the bounty of the Universe with him. Some of you might find that doors magically open and riches are deposited into your lap- metaphorically speaking of course.
Towards the end of Jupiters last trip through Cancer I ended up in hospital after an existing condition escalated to a critical stage requiring rather nasty surgery. I have Jupiter in Cancer in the 5th– you only need basic medical astro knowledge to work out that it involved what can be euphemistically termed, womens issues.
Unlucky, I hear you say? In hindsight, no.
If Jupiter through my 5th house hadn’t caused the symptoms to get so bad so quickly, I probably wouldn’t have had the surgery, and would instead have lived with the consequences and bad health for many more years.
Having said that, Jupiter is exalted in my chart, and is the traditional ruler of my chart, so does tend to look after me more often than not.
My husband has Jupiter in Capricorn, where he is in the sign of his fall, and finds the opposite. With him, it’s a little like winning the lottery (properly, not one of those random spam emails) and asking “what’s the catch?”
I digress. The point is, Jupiter will only deliver to the promise of the natal chart, so don’t expect miracles- even though he is exalted in the sign of Cancer. Yes, Jupiter in Cancer is a Good Thing- especially for those of us watery types, but I wouldn’t go spending your winnings or riches, just yet.

Hi Jo,
Like your husband, I have Jupiter in Capricorn. Last night I won some money in the lottery! Not a huge windfall, but it was a stroke of luck for sure!
Carla
Congrats on your win!
