Birth Chart Analysis

Astrology begins with a simple idea: that the moment you were born matters.

Your birth chart is a snapshot of the sky at the exact time and place you were born. It shows where the planets were, how they were relating to each other, and where they fall within the twelve houses of your chart. Or, to put it another way, it’s your own personal version of as above, so below.

But a birth chart isn’t a set of instructions for how your life will unfold, and it certainly isn’t a list of things that are destined to happen to you.

I see it more as a map – one that can help you understand yourself a little better. The things that come naturally to you, the things you might struggle with, the patterns you repeat, the way you relate to others and the potential you might not always recognise in yourself.

In our consultation, I’ll combine traditional astrological techniques with a modern, practical approach to help you make sense of that map. And because this is your chart and your life we’re talking about, I prefer readings to be a conversation rather than me simply talking at you for an hour.

Depending on what you’re most curious about, we might explore:

• your natural strengths, gifts and challenges
• your potential – and what might be getting in the way of it
• love and relationships
• career and money
• health and wellbeing

If there’s something in particular you’d like to talk about, let me know beforehand so I can keep that in mind when preparing your chart.

We’ll begin with the foundations: your Sun, Moon and Ascendant. These three points tell us an enormous amount about who you are, what you need and how you approach the world. We’ll also look at the planets that are particularly strong in your chart and how their energy might be showing up in your life.

From there, we’ll explore Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn – how you think and communicate, what you value, how you go after what you want, where you grow and where life asks you to do some of the harder work.

We’ll also spend some time looking ahead at the major astrological influences coming up for you over the next twelve months – not as predictions carved in stone, but as themes, opportunities and periods you might want to be aware of.

Most of all, I want you to come away from our conversation understanding your chart – and yourself – a little better than you did before.

Consultations are held online via Zoom and our session will be recorded. I’ll send you the recording afterwards so you can download it and come back to it whenever you like.

Note: I’m in Australia, so if you’re not, we’ll need to find a time that fits in with when I’m awake and working.
