Moon in Taurus
Moon into Gemini
For those of us on this side of the world, ie the Southern Hemisphere, the Taurus Moon will be with us for most of our working day- moving into Gemini just after 5.30pm local time.
Further, it’s void.
What does this mean? In short that the Moon will make no more traditional aspects until she enters Gemini. The long answer is this means there is no other influence to temper the Taurus energy.
As always, there are two sides to this.
If you have something Taurus in nature to be getting on with or something Taurean booked in to do, there is some great energy around. What are Taurus activities? Anything to do with routine, building, gardening, resourcing, budgeting, cooking, resting or relaxing. It’s also beauty and body routines, art and music. Essentially it’s the perfect time to eat out, appreciate nature and get head down, bum up into something long term.
If, however, you need to start something, get creative about something, get something done in a hurry, or get a message across, well, you’re likely to be frustrated.
My advice? Don’t even think about starting that diet today, as far as possible force yourself to maintain your usual routines (it was seriously hard getting out of bed for that 6am spin class this morning) and dig deep inside for patience and tolerance… Aries and Sagittarius- I’m looking at you.
If you find yourself in front of the fridge, at the biscuit barrel or whatever out of boredom or frustration, close the door and step back.
With the Sun in Libra, Venus is currently ruling both luminaries, so the urge to indulge is likely to be greater than the urge to sweat or the urge to defer gratification. If you do choose the indulgent route, ensure that you do it intentionally, without guilt, and savouring every last morsel.
