Sometimes you’ve got to feel just a little bit sorry for the Moon.
There she is in the sky looking all round and bright and nurturing.
She’s responsible for making sure we feel good inside. She deals with our insecurities, our fears and our emotional appetites.
On top of all that, she’s a multi-tasker, doing a full whip around to check on everyone each month. She ducks in and out of each cabin. Some contacts are easy, but some involve squabbles and negotiations.
Today she has a particularly busy to-do list- and most of todays visits will be challenging. In Capricorn though, she has her most no nonsense, “I mean business”, business suit on.
First up is a potentially surprising contact with Uranus. A call and quick coffee break with Saturn will help stabilise anything that needs stabilising from that one. Chiron will add a few soothing words. Just remember, sometimes words can wound in order to heal- or something like that.
Then it’s onto the monthly meeting with Pluto. In Capricorn, Pluto always has an action list of items that need to be accounted for. It’s best to stand back, look at the situation practically and try not to take the fall out personally- after all, it’s really only business.
All this will take her through until after lunch. The afternoon, though, is just as busy. There’s a line up of egos to be soothed and petted over in Aries. The potential for conflict is large as La Luna crosses paths with the Sun, Venus and Mars…in that order.
Sure she’s given a little bit of help from Mercury in Pisces, but let’s be serious, in the face of all of this go get ‘em and me first energy, Mercury is reall about as useful as, well, you get the picture.
Here’s the thing, the Moon acts also as a translator of light. What does this mean? She brings the energy of one planet, into the next. The closer the aspect, the more powerful the energy.
It’s a little like when you start the day with a hole in your stockings, have to run for the train, just miss it, have your coffee catch up and discussion about the villains on last nights My Kitchen Rules cut short. So you take that frustration into the first meeting of the day, are confronted with power struggles, then play catch-ups over lunch, only to battle egos and kindergarten politics in the afternoon.
Get the idea?
If you’re in the Southern Hemisphere, this is your Wednesday.
If you’re in the Northern Hemisphere, well, you know how to do the time adjustment by now.
Everyone play nice in the sandpit today- if you do- things will get done. Lots of things. Today is a day where boldness and assertiveness and a can do attitude will reap results.
If you don’t play nice? I think you know the answer to that one- it’ll end in tears.
