Moon in Libra

So anyways, I’m a little late to the Bloglovin’ party.

You too?

Essentially it’s a place where you can get all your favourite bloggy feeds, once a day. That means one email a day instead of huge numbers of them….and, given that I’m trying to organise and simplify and structure my life, that’s a good thing.

You see, I’m one of these people who, if I’m in the middle of an extended session of procrastination, will welcome any distraction- an email, a tweet, the little chimey thing saying a message has just come through on Facebook/Words With Friends/Instagram/Twitter.

I’m actively trying not to sign into Facebook during my working day- something I’m having limited success with- but sadly, I still can’t hear the ding of an email, or see the distracting little number on the bottom of my screen without wanting to duck in for a quick look.

Where is this leading? Oh yes, Bloglovin’.

So, I have my favourite blogs set up. I check them each morning. This morning I found myself by-passing the usual set of inspirational make your life better, kick your goals sooner, stop sabotaging your success posts to read through the last couple of weeks post on a styling blog. Australia Day outfits, how to layer accessories, the best hot weather capes and kimonos.

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, the Moon is in Libra.

These days, however, the Moon doesn’t have much of a chance to be gorgeous and languishing while in any of the cardinal signs- there’s way to much happening in the cardinal part of the sky.

For us here in Australia, most of our working day will be plain sailing and relatively clear skies- with the chance of late afternoon emotional thunderstorms as the Moon opposes Uranus.

Those of you on the other side of the world will wake to a Wednesday that is largely stormy skies with the occasional sunny period. Metaphorically speaking. Prepare accordingly, as over the next 24 hours the Moon will make difficult aspects to Uranus, Jupiter, Pluto and Venus. Keeping the peace- and your composure- could be a challenge…but, forewarned is forearmed.

With the Sun newly in Aquarius, your focus is on the future, although others may not be quite up with that yet. Change is confronting- at least at first. It could be you resting it, or you initiating it, but whichever way it goes, often we need to feel uncomfortable in order to move forward.

As obstacles and frustrations pop up- and, they most likely will- take the opportunity to step back, and look at the situation, from all sides, dispassionately. Weigh up the alternatives. Sure, you’ll need to make a decision at some point, but you’ll only be forced into conflict if you pass judgement, or pick a side, too quickly and impulsively…or if the frustrations are coming from within you…

Don’t worry, more supportive links to Mercury and Mars later on will help you get your message across and your ideas in the ears of those who need to hear them…take care not to burn any bridges in the meantime.
